Our fully equipped Shimano Service Centre workshops in Geelong and Ocean Grove offer a range of professional service packages starting from just $199 - designed to keep your bike performing at its best.

Please note: Our booking system reserves a day, not a specific time slot. While your confirmation may display a time, it simply confirms your booking for that day. We ask that all bikes are dropped off by 10:00am on the day of service or the day prior.

Depending on current workshop volumes, some services may require 24–72 hours for completion, especially if parts are required to order. Our mechanics will confirm lead times upon drop off and keep you updated throughout the process.

As part of our ongoing support, we also offer a Complimentary Check and Tune up until 6 months on all new bikes purchased from Hendry’s.

  • • Bottom bracket inspection and re-grease
  • • Full safety check and bolt torque to manufacturer specifications

  • The Advance Service is a comprehensive reset for high-end bikes restoring peak performance ready for your upcoming event. Focusing on resolving creaks, updating electronic systems and eliminating mechanical drag to increase speed,.
  • Key tasks include:

  • • Inspect and service/replace bearings as required
  • • Hydraulic brake bleed
  • • Firmware updates for electronic group sets
  • • Intensive deep-clean of the entire drivetrain
  • • Advanced chain clean and professional wax preparation
  • • Replacement of externally routed gear/brake cables if required
  • • Headset replacement or refresh**

Ultimate
