Our fully equipped Shimano Service Centre workshops in Geelong and Ocean Grove offer a range of professional service packages starting from just $99 - designed to keep your bike performing at its best.
Please note: Our booking system reserves a day, not a specific time slot. While your confirmation may display a time, it simply confirms your booking for that day. We ask that all bikes are dropped off by 9:00am on the day of service or the day prior.
Depending on current workshop volumes, some services may require 24–72 hours for completion, especially if parts are required to order. Our mechanics will confirm lead times upon drop off and keep you updated throughout the process.
As part of our ongoing support, we also offer a complimentary gear and brake check up until 6 months on all new bikes purchased from Hendry’s.
