Shipping Policy (Within Australia)

Bike Delivery:

We ship directly to consumers for the following bike brands due to supplier agreements:

  • Available Brands: Specialized, Factor, BMC

Unfortunately, we cannot ship the following bike brands directly to customers:

  • Unavailable Brands: Trek, Cervelo, Focus

We provide free bike delivery service in Grovedale and Ocean Grove.

For delivery within the Bellarine Peninsula and Metro Geelong area, please contact us at 1300 436 379 for a quote.

Bike Shipment Method and Estimated Delivery Times:

All bikes ordered from the Geelong warehouse are processed within 1-4 business days, with an expected delivery of 5-10 business days.

Bikes ordered from our Warehouse will ship within 1-5 business days, and delivery is expected within 10 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

 

Delivery Damage Procedures:

In the event of damage during shipping, please follow these steps:

  1. Inspect Delivery
    • Upon receiving your bike, check the package and bike for any visible damage.
    • You have 24 hours from delivery to report any damage.
  2. Document Damage
    • The packaging.
    • The damaged bike.
    • Any labels or shipping documents.
    • Take clear photos of:

    • Your order/invoice number.
    • A description of the damage.
    • Photographic evidence.

  4. Review Process
    • Our team will acknowledge your damage report within 2 business days.
    • We will investigate and determine the next steps, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
  5. Claims Resolution
    • Repair of the damaged bike.
    • Replacement of the bike.
    • Refund of the purchase price.
    • Possible outcomes include:
    • You will be informed of the resolution within 7 business days of reporting the damage.

Accessories:

All accessory orders are shipped domestically via Australia Post. Orders will be dispatched within 1-4 business days, with an expected delivery time of 5-10 business days.

We offer free shipping on accessory orders, where the order total is equal to or greater than $60. Large, bulky items such as indoor trainers, stationary bikes, etc. are excluded.
