Returns and Refund Policy

Returns
You can return items within 30 days of purchase.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition in which you received it, including the original packaging. Please include a receipt or proof of purchase from Hendry’s.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may apply in certain situations, such as:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first contact your credit card company, as it may take some time to be officially posted. Then, check with your bank, as there is often processing time involved. If you’ve done both and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at info@hendrys.com.au.

Sale Items
Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges of the same item, please email us at info@hendry.com.au and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you. If it wasn't marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

You are responsible for your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
