About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic bicycle mechanic with a customer facing element to join our team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and assemble of all bicycles including; road, mountain, kids and electric bikes
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding bookings, inquiries, job status, costs, and quotes via phone, email, or in-person
- Provide exceptional customer service, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems efficiently
- Perform warranty work on all types of bicycles
- Manage service bookings via phone, email, or walk-in appointments as required.
What You Need to Join:
- Previous experience as an all-round bicycle mechanic, preferably in a high-end workshop
- Strong understanding of bike technology and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines
- Exceptional quality and attention to detail, with a keen eye for precision in builds and repairs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to work independently in a team environment, with a high level of organisation, with strong time management skills and a proactive approach to workflow.
