About the Role:
A full-time sales position focused on building meaningful customer relationships, understanding individual needs, and delivering tailored solutions to ensure every rider leaves with confidence and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide friendly and professional customer service in store, over the phone and via email.
· Identify customer needs and recommend suitable bikes, accessories, or products.
· Maintain an organised and well present store.
· Monitor product pricing and stock levels to support sales and service efficiency.
· Communicate clearly with customers regarding bookings, enquires, job progress, costs and quotes.
· Deliver prompt and effective solutions to customer issues or concerns.
· Manage and schedule service bookings received through phone, email or walk in appointments.
What You Need to Join:
· You're passionate about bikes and have experience in sales. (experience in the bike industry is a plus, but not essential).
· You’re proactive, self-motivated, and love helping people.
· You're organised, reliable, and take ownership of your work.
· You communicate clearly and confidently.
· You're available to work both weekdays and weekends with flexible scheduling arrangements.
