About the Role:
A full-time operations and sales position focused on all aspects of managing, ordering and receiving stock as well as building meaningful customer relationships to understand individual needs to ensure every rider leaves with confidence and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a well-organised store and ensure inventory is accurate and fully stocked.
• Monitor product pricing and stock levels to support sales and service efficiency.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service in-store, over the phone, and via email.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable bikes, accessories, or products.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding bookings, inquiries, job progress, costs, and quotes.
• Deliver prompt and effective solutions to customer issues or concerns.
• Manage and schedule service bookings received through phone, email, or walk-in appointments.
What You Need to Join:
• You are very organised, reliable, and take ownership of your work.
• You’re proactive, self-motivated, and love helping people.
• You communicate clearly and confidently.
• You're preferably passionate about bikes
(experience in the bike industry is a plus, but not essential).
• You're available to weekdays and occasional weekends with flexible scheduling arrangements.
