Gear up for the ultimate warm up to the TAC People’s Ride! Join Simon Gerrans, our friends from the Peloton and Team Hendry’s on Friday 30 January as we roll into the Mapei Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race of festivities.
Gerro's Hendry's to Hendry's Ride is a free, social ride showcasing the Bellarine Peninsula, stopping in at both Hendry’s Geelong and Ocean Grove stores - so expect big vibes and a whole lot of fun on two wheels.
Riders will gather at Hendry’s Geelong for pre ride coffee and collect their group wristband. Following the safety briefing, groups will roll out at staggered five-minute intervals to enjoy a scenic 60km Bellarine Peninsula loop.
Catch up with Olympic legend, Grace Brown who will be supporting riders, showcasing her new product 'Sun Motion sunscreen', available for everyone to try.
With a midpoint stop at Hendry’s Ocean Grove, riders can relax with a well earned beverage and pastry before continuing their ride along the picturesque 13th Beach Road and back to Hendry’s Geelong.
On return, participants will enjoy post ride refreshments, food offerings, lively event atmosphere and giveaways, proudly supported by our event partners - rounding out a memorable community cycling experience.
