We're kicking off our 50th Anniversary celebrations with a free 'Shop to Shop' ride from Hendry’s Geelong to Hendry's Ocean Grove and back to Hendry's Geelong. This event coincides with the Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race Weekend so we hope you'll join us!
Event Details:
- Date: Friday, January 31st
- Time: Anytime between 9:30am and 1:30pm
- Route: A relatively flat 55km loop starting from Hendry's Geelong, passing through Leopold and Wallington to Hendry's Ocean Grove, then returning via Barwon Heads back to Hendry's Geelong.
- The Plan:
Begin your ride at Hendry’s Geelong. Pick up a Ride Card and scan the QR code to download the route onto your device.
Follow the loop to Hendry’s Ocean Grove, get your Ride Card stamped to redeem a complimentary drink, snack and giveaways on behalf of Hendry's and MAAP.
Make the return trip back to Hendry's Geelong via Ocean Grove Beach and the scenic 13th Beach Road for more fun and festivities thanks to Bridge Road Brewers and the Geelong Cycling Club.
Don't forget to drop your Ride Card at Hendry's Geelong, complete with your details, to enter the draw to win fantastic prizes from our partners, MAAP, Lazer, Oakley and Garmin.
