Hendry's launches Rider Rewards Loyalty Program

At Hendry’s, we want to reward customer loyalty and value every time you purchase with us. That’s why we’ve created Rider Rewards – our simple, rider focused loyalty program.

How it works:

  • Earn as you shop: For every purchase at Hendry’s (in-store), you’ll earn 5% back in Rider Rewards credit.
  • Redeem with ease: Your credit can be redeemed towards any future in-store purchases – bikes, accessories, servicing, or apparel.
  • Track rewards via your receipts: Your balance is linked to your customer profile, making it easy to check and redeem anytime.
  • No fees, no fuss: Just rewards for doing what you love – riding more and shopping at Hendry's.

Example:

  • Spend $2,000 on a new bike Receive $100 in Rider Rewards credit.
  • Spend $200 on gear Receive $10 in Rider Rewards credit.

Terms & Conditions (summary):

  • Rider Rewards are earned across all store items.
  • Rider Rewards credit is valid for 6 months from your last store purchase.
  • Rider Rewards are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Rider Rewards are redeemable in-store only.
  • You must have a Hendry's customer profile and sign up to the Hendry’s Newsletter to accumulate Rider Rewards.
